The artistry of photography is what it’s all about for me, and within the last few days I’ve come across some of the finest examples of photographic erotic portraiture I have ever seen. Beginning with this post and others on occasion, I’d like to share with you some of my finds, all having something in common: there was something, not only about the guys in the images, but something about the images themselves (how the guys’ essences were forever captured), that moved me. Not only am I a huge fan of Bel Ami’s videos and film scenes, but right from the very beginning I’ve been a lover of their photography, which to me is just simply the best in all the industry. The truly amazing photographic artists at BelAmi seem to capture the beauty of these men to godlike perfection. Finding this set in particular sparked me to find others: some of these guys have been with BelAmi only a brief time, while others have been around since their tenure with Falcon and continued working with Bel Ami upon George’s start of the company. All of them are themselves epitomes of male beauty who were captured forever in still image.
Today’s mini gallery is of Sam Sloan. His fate since these images were taken is unknown, but what he and his photographer, Eliot Klein created together will remain as an example of some of Bel Ami’s finest work. And the stunning final image of this brief set blew my mind!
