What makes these photo session videos special for Bella and me, is being able to see all the hard work that goes into these shoots. Most times we only get to see the finished product-the pinup galleries, either singles or couples. With these videos, we get a very intimate look at how these artists work, both the models and these wonderful photographers. For this session with Jeff, Eliot Klien is behind the lens. Part of the photographers’ job is to not only shoot the model, but to also encourage him to bring out something inside him, outward so that the camera could capture his special inner quality. Marty Stevens has done this to almost wizard-like perfection. So too does Eliot. He’s another one of Bel Ami’s photographers I admire very much. I made the observation that he shoots the guys like fashion models, a rather playful observation, but still. Eliot has this incredible knack, bordering on the metaphysical, to bring out not only the physical beauty of the boys, but their inner beauty as well. So is the mark of a true artist.
