Praise God for Dano and Ion

To me, Dano Sulik and Ion Davidov are Bel Ami’s sexiest treasures. I’ve seen all of Ion’s scenes now and I’m working on seeing all of Dano’s and, I don’t know if I’m the only one who’s noticed this, but dammit if these two don’t steal every scene they’re in. Both these guys love sex, they love to have fun while having sex and they’re going to make damn sure their partners do too, as well as all of us who are watching them.If either of these two are in a scene, I know I’m going to be smiling wide, but to put these two together in a scene….watch out! 🙂 This final episode from Out At Last 4: Bazaar (2003) is a rough cut (with all the time stops included) of the last of the scenes Ion will shoot with Bel Ami before his departure. This was a dream pairing, indeed. The scene was never completed in finished, edited form to be put in a film (it was originally meant for one of the Frisky Summer films), but out of the goodness and greatness of George Duroy’s heart, he wanted us to have it any way, finished or not. So, I took it upon myself to do my own cut. I only hope George forgives me for attempting to do so, as well as for the piece of music I chose to accompany the scene.

To use Leonard Cohen’s Hallelujah, seemed almost like divine providence. It just seemed almost too right and it fit these two guys so well. This song would see many remakes but Leonard I believe was the only one to place the song in the context it was written for. Or it just took my filthy mind to place it there. These two were a joy to watch, either together or separately. But in any case, they left behind a fun-filled treasure trove of memories, and this just happens to be one of them.
